Our Lord Jesus Christ, while on this earth, gave up Himself wholeheartedly to be tortured and killed in a disgraceful manner on the cross. He allowed this out of love for us, His beloved creation, just to draw us back to God the Father.
In this tract, we remember His sacrifice and His resurrection. We have been saved to serve God’s purposes for our lives (Ephesians 2:8-10).

In the world today the Covid-19 pandemic is posing a great challenge. The race for vaccines is becoming more intricate and almost bizarre with motives conflicting with true science (open link here). It is also said that new variants are now emerging (open link here).
In spite of all this, there is hope in the God who created mankind, and Christians are being called upon in this presentation to offer desperate prayer for God’s supernatural intervention. With Phil Driscoll we call upon the Lord Jesus: “Awake my Captain” (Bible Ref: Mark 4: 35 – 39).

To redeem an individual from trouble by human effort can sometimes be difficult but may be accomplished. However, to redeem a whole nation from trouble and make it flourish by human effort alone is a virtually impossible task. Hence God says: “… Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit.” (Zechariah 4:6). In this election year in Ghana, God cautions all and sundry to be careful, watchful and prayerful.
Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit
Zechariah 4:6

Ghana Pentecostal, Charismatic and Ecumenical Councils set aside 3 days for prayers and fasting for Ghana for God to intervene in the Covid19 pandemic we are facing. The Goshen Family observed the prayer time today around 15:30 GMT and at a point of praying for Christians, the leader had spontaneous burst of words. It is summed up as this; if we want God to intervene and save the situation, we should be ready to quit hidden sins, forsake the lusts of the eyes and flesh and all worldly non-essentials, and focus on daily walk with Christ.
